Terms of Service
Effective date: October 11, 2026. Pre-launch terms; legal review is ongoing.
These Terms govern your use of inferencehero.com and any pre-launch Inference Hero features made available by Deeper Technology LLC. Additional service-specific terms may apply when accounts, paid inference, credits, APIs or other production services become available.
1. Acceptance
By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the affected feature.
2. Pre-launch status
Inference Hero is currently in private alpha. Features, interfaces, models, providers, prices, benchmarks, availability, routing logic and launch plans may change or be withdrawn without notice. Requesting a launch notification does not create a right to receive access or guarantee a launch date.
3. Eligibility and authority
You may use the site only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf for the relevant use.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the site or pre-launch services to break the law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with security or availability, probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, automate abusive submissions, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
5. Information and benchmarks
Pricing, performance, latency, availability, model, provider and benchmark information may be estimates, snapshots or third-party information and can change rapidly. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information is provided for evaluation and comparison and is not a guaranteed quote, service level or promise of future performance.
6. Third-party providers and models
Inference Hero is designed to interact with multiple infrastructure providers, model providers and related services. Third-party services may have their own terms, restrictions, licensing conditions and acceptable-use requirements. Their availability and behavior are outside our direct control.
7. Intellectual property
The Inference Hero site, brand assets, software, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Deeper Technology LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party names, models and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, feature requests or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to evaluate, improve and develop Inference Hero without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold in the underlying feedback.
9. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and pre-launch features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular provider or model, specific savings, benchmark results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deeper Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill arising from use of the website or pre-launch features. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes and suspension
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the site or pre-launch programme as development progresses. We may also restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or system protection.
12. Privacy and email
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. The launch-notification request authorizes only an email about the Inference Hero launch, not newsletters, promotions or recurring marketing emails. See the Email Terms. Any other communications require separate authorization where applicable.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract. A final governing-law and forum clause will be confirmed during legal review before paid production services are launched.
