Email Terms

1. Scope

These Email Terms describe the launch notification requested through the website. The consent given through this form is exclusively for notifying you when Inference Hero launches. It does not authorize newsletters, promotions or recurring marketing emails. Any other communications require a separate purpose and, where required, separate authorization.

2. Launch-notification consent

By actively selecting the consent checkbox on the launch-notification form and submitting your email address, you request an email solely to notify you of the Inference Hero launch. You do not subscribe to newsletters, promotions or recurring marketing communications. This request does not grant early access or guarantee availability, pricing, capacity or a launch date.

3. Contact-form replies

If you send a message through the Contact form, we may use the email address you provide to respond to that enquiry and to conduct reasonable follow-up related to it. Replies to your enquiry are separate from the launch-notification request and do not subscribe you to marketing communications.

4. Frequency

The launch-notification request is solely for notifying you of the launch, not for an ongoing series of emails. We do not promise a specific sending date. Newsletters, promotions and recurring marketing emails are not included in this consent.

5. Unsubscribe

You may cancel your launch-notification request at any time through our Contact page, including before we send the notification, or use the unsubscribe mechanism if one is included in the email. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Messages needed to respond to a separate enquiry, provide a service you specifically requested or comply with legal obligations are independent of this consent.

6. Delivery

Email delivery can be affected by spam filtering, provider policies, mailbox limits and other systems outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or displayed.

7. Privacy

Information associated with these communications is handled according to the Privacy Notice.

8. Changes

We may update these Email Terms as launch-notification and communication practices evolve. The effective date will identify the version currently published.
