Inference Hero is operated by Deeper Technology LLC. This Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit inferencehero.com, request a launch notification, contact us, or otherwise interact with the website and pre-launch services.
1. Information you provide
When you request a launch notification, we collect your email address, the language and site context associated with the form, your consent record, and related submission metadata. When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, subject, message, language, consent record, and any information you choose to include in your message.
2. Technical and security information
Our systems may record the public IP address presented to our trusted proxy, browser or user-agent information, timestamps, request identifiers, and other limited technical information needed to operate the site, protect forms, investigate abuse, maintain security, and preserve consent traceability.
3. Analytics
We use self-hosted Matomo analytics to understand visits and improve this website. The browser accesses Matomo through the first-party /analytics/ path on inferencehero.com. This website's tracking code invokes Matomo's disable-cookies option before tracking page views and does not configure tracking across unrelated domains. Even without analytics cookies, Matomo may process technical visit information, including IP addresses, pages visited and browser data. Disabling cookies does not by itself anonymize IP addresses or automatically remove consent requirements. IP masking, retention periods and applicable safeguards depend on the server configuration and relevant law; these settings are not represented here as independently verified.
4. Why we use personal information
The email address and consent collected through the launch-notification form are used to manage that request and send the launch notification, including handling withdrawal and related recordkeeping; this consent does not authorize newsletters, promotions or recurring marketing emails. We separately use information supplied through the Contact form to respond to enquiries. Technical and other information may also be processed to operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, understand use of the website, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
5. Legal bases where applicable
Depending on the law that applies to you, we may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving Inference Hero. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.

Inference Hero is intended for an international audience and our infrastructure or service providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use appropriate mechanisms for the relevant transfer.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Launch-notification records may be retained while the purpose of sending the launch notification remains relevant or until you withdraw your request, subject to any necessary legal or security-related retention. Contact records may be retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain an appropriate business record.
9. Your choices and rights
You may cancel your launch-notification request at any time, including before the notification is sent, through our Contact page or through an unsubscribe mechanism if included in the email. This request does not subscribe you to newsletters, promotions or recurring marketing messages. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of information, or complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the pre-launch environment continues to be hardened as the service develops.
11. Children
Inference Hero is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information through the site if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as the product, infrastructure, legal requirements or processing activities change. The effective date shown above will be updated when a revised version is published.
